Altair Louvre Windows

The Altair louvre system is available in both 102mm (4 inch) or 152mm (6 inch) wide glass or aluminium blades. 

  • Louvres provide easily controlled ventilation with minimum projection

  • First Windows uses the Altair louvre system from Breezway Australia which fits into the awning or casement frame

  • A 102mm (4 inch) or 152mm (6 inch) glass, aluminium or timber louvre is available

  • Altair louvres comply with NZ weatherproofing requirements up to Extra High wind zones when used together with the louvre weather bar system

  • An integrated louvre and flyscreen frame is available

  • All operating mechanisms and bars are non-corrosive and are hidden in the louvre mullion, giving a clean and compact appearance

  • A fixed louvre system is also available for ventilating plant rooms and similar areas
